Three themes are foundational to the Essence Retreat: Grounding, Unlearning, Restoring.
In Grounding, we’ll welcome ourselves into the space by establishing psychological and emotional safety, and rules of engagement with each other. Afterwards, we’ll enter meditation and set personal intentions for the retreat.
In Unlearning, we’ll learn about white cisheteropatriarchy and why understanding how it operates allows for clarity in how we operate under its influence.
In Restoring, we’ll work with the energies of the Queens of the Tarot to practice and ritualize how to connect with all aspects of self in tangible and ongoing ways.
